AFK Comps and Prizes

Hi All
Repsawn LAN Version 10.0 is almost upon us! We will be having many exciting AFK competitions during the weekend as well as a free barbecue Lunch, Midnight snack and Breakfast! This event we will be giving away ‘trophies’ and prizes! Comps include:
Fancy Dress – Get your creative juices flowing and come up with the goriest costume which makes you look like you need to be taken into quarantine!
Iron Gut – get your tummies ready for revolting custard chugging and running around goodness!
The Patented Repsawn LAN Piņata! – Get your swinging arms ready for the giving of delicious candy!
Case Mod – This one is for all you case modding pros out there!
Creative Case Mod – for people who are not so pro but just want to have some fun by sticking some stuff on there case, whatever you can find laying around as well as the pipe cleaners that we will be supplying!
Texas Hold’em Poker Tournament – Run by Miniwalks, have some fun with your poker face or wear a mask the choice is yours
Ghetto Ping Pong – Ping Pong played on a round table, we actually have a net now not just a row of cans!
Operation – For all you crazy scientists out there with steady hands
Pin the Eyeball on the Zombie – Just like pin the tail on the donkey but deserving of being in quarantine, if you win this you get to take home some artwork by Katster! As well as a ‘trophy’!
Sunday Morning Hard Drive Throwing with Zardoz – You’ve survived the night, you’ve eaten breakfast now lets go break something!

Custome Player Tags

Hi All,
Just letting you know that if you have not confirmed your registration for Repsawn LAN version 10.0 by 4pm, Monday January 12th you will not be receiving a custom player tag on arrival to the event. Please ensure you make staff aware of this and that you receive a generic player tag.

Flatout 2 competition

Hi all
We have some updated Flatout 2 rules over on the forums. In summary, you'll want to make sure you download the 1.2 patch before playing as this solves some instability with the game.
As for registrations, we are planning on increasing capacity due to the unprecedented demand for the event. Stay tuned! |

Repsawn LAN v10 prizes

ThermalTake have graciously contributed to Repsawn LAN v10 with FIVE ThermalTake V9 VJ40001W2Z cases as prizes for the Counter-Strike: Source 5v5 competition! These cases have an RRP of $129.00!
Other prizes such as a second place prize for CS Source and other competitions will be announced shortly. Stay tuned!
Another note regarding our registrations, we already have 301 registered and there's still four weeks to go till the event! We'll be looking at ways to fit as many people as possible in our venue should the numbers increase dramatically however we strongly suggest that you register now to avoid epic fail.

Repsawn LAN v10 Launch
November 21st, 6PM onwards, So Bar (18+ only)

We're doing an event launch party at SO BAR on the 21st of November - we'll open registrations then and there, too! If all goes well, we'll have some 3G Internet available so you can be one of the first on the list for our biggest event yet! We hope to see you all there.
Extreme LAN is back!
Extreme LAN is back in action with their 16th event on November 22nd-23rd (Yeah, that's right, the day after our launch) at Monash University, Clayton Campus. These guys run some fantastic events with good prizes and a great venue so we strongly encourage everybody to come along. We have our own group of seats so PM Zardoz or just ask in our IRC channel and we'll hook you up with the password to join our tables.
